resouce wanted for handling SDK guide localization with SDLX

Hi Localization people,

I'm currently handling a SDK guide localization with SDLX. Since the writer changed some link tags, some of 100% and fuzzy match segments in the previous TM become new segments. I'm not sure if it's possible to manipulate the TM itself but I would like to get more resources on SDK-related localization. Does anyone know?
