Trados 7 Winalign: reference memory could not be read

Dear All,
I am running Trados 7 freelancer (Win 2000 P) and count this problem:
The instruction at "0x00424da3" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read".
This happens at the final of stage of alignment when the tag shows "100% alignment", then the above tag pops and Winalign logs a fail report.

Already tried many times, can somebody light me?
