Using Trados 7.5 with a dongle

Dear all,
I 'd like to set up trados version 7.5 in dongle mode. I have a folder named dongle drivers but I don't know how to connect it and is the connection related to software or hardware or both.

AFAIK there is no possibility to use your SDL Trados version with a dongle Jul 27, 2008

Since version 7 (or even earlier) the dongle has been replaced by a softlock license (a license file generated specially for your PC). Nowadays SDL Trados is activated via Internet.
You will IMHO not be able to get this version to work with a dongle.
