Hi, all,

I just finished a translation using TagEditor (Trados 7, Windows XP) and while I save fine the bilingual file, I try to save the target file, and I keep getting this error.

Any ideas?

I did all these and now I get an unknown error. Boohoo

I re-installed it, but with no result.

Do you have the filter that it's asking for? What kind of file is it?

Hi Mari,

Thanks for your interest.

I have the file in the filters folder and also in another folder (tt). One (filters folder) has the .jar suffix while the other .xml suffix.

Not sure then... I've only had the problem a few times before myself, and the client have said that they would fix it themselves (no clean files were needed).

I've asked them to do it for, and hope they won't have any problem with it, but I'd like to fix the problem so I don't face it again in future.
