How can I exchange the the source and target language of a TM?

I've received an IT vs EN TM, but I've to work in the opposite combination. How can I exchange the TM combination?

"If you need to reverse the language direction of a translation memory, export it and then create a new translation memory with the opposite language direction. Import the exported file into this translation memory." (found this using Google).
