The SDL Trados 2007 Suite license is the same as the "legacy" SDL Trados 2007?

Hi
Maybe it's stupid question but I can't believe it.
Today, I notified SDL I still haven't my 2007 Suite licence on my account, an an employee kindly told me the setup file is available for download in my Download section. In fact, I didn't see it 'cause I was looking only in the "Latest downloads", the file location was rather unexpected for me (I have multiple accounts, I didn't check thoroughly all of them).

There is no new licence. You won't be even asked for a licence during the installation. It is taken over from the previous installation, together with other Workbench settings (supported languages, memory settings etc.).

So, some guys may have an upgrade for free. Just google for the patch file location or ask a friend.
It's not the first time I see this kind of flaws in the SDL software and I'm really disappointed.

But you can download it directly from SDL. It's not so hard. Some intelligence required.
