Dear colleagues,
When I try to select MULTITERM7 option in the workbench dialogue box 'Term Recognition Option', the message "Unspecified error" appears. I tried doing everything that is said on the SDL support internet site. However, the problem remains. I still do not find the file MTMaster.mdb. Despite this, I can create termbases in MultiTerm program. Could the problem be that I don't have MS Access on my computer? Or is it anything else?
I really need your help
Thanks in advance

RegEdit Dec 4, 2008

Hi!

Have you searched for the file on your hardrive?

If the file exists, try Start-Run-"regedit", hit Enter and search for MTMaster.mdb in the registry. Check the path for the file if it matches with the actual file path.

This is what I can remember vaguely when I had a similar problem.

Kind regards,
Sebastijan

Thanks, with your advice, I've found it finally.
Unfortunately, I still cannot establish the interface Multiterm7-Word2007 and Multiterm7 - Workbench I cannot imagine what's wrong with it.
