Error -2147467259: connection with server aplication error

I have a few PowerPoint presentations that I am trying to analize with Trados (2006) for a word count but the program just skips through the files and shows the following error message:
Error: -2147467259 Connection with server application error: The method or operation is not implemented.

If any help I am running Office 2007.
