Good morning and happy holidays to everybody!

I have a document in Word 2007 that I opened with my 2003-version. Using workbench for translation is no problem, but cleanup and analysis won't work, this is the error message: "The file could not be opened because it is not in MS Office 2007 format". Has anybody come across this before and could help me with it please? Thanks.

Have you tried saving as ".doc" and processing the converted file?
