Tag editor error

Dear all, when i try to save the clean file I receive this error
"error while converting to word.doc , end tag does not hava a matching start tag "
and no matter how hard I try i do not get to insert the tag cause the option is in grey
Could you please help me?

Run tag verifier and correct your own error Feb 3, 2009

As for the message - it means simply you deleted a tag.
To correct your error you will need to reopen the segment.

Run the TagVerifier to locate the missing tag.
Doble-click the corresponding error message to move onto the missing tag position.
Open the segment, insert the missing tag, close the segment and re-run the cleanup process.
