I have received two tmx files created by different users and at different times.

Is it possible to create a new memory to include both older TMs but where the creation date and the user ID will be the same for all the TUs?

Or is it possible to delete or alter the properties in a TM if, for example, for any reason we don´t want to show when or by whom was a translation unit created?

I would use the Maintenance function for that Mar 12, 2009

And the "Search&Replace" function within.
There is a detailed help for S&R, so you can check how it works.
I must admit I never modified the username or creatiion date, but according to the description there it is possible.

Of course you can also use a third party tool to do such S&R on the TMX itself prior to importing. One tool I at once can think of, is Olifant - which I suppose makes this possible.
