Dear All

I've just received a csv terminology file, which I would like to import into my SDLX TermBase. I have followed the Wizard path, but it doesn't recognize this format.

Is there any alternative?

Thanks in advance for your professional help.

sabina

Try to open the SCV file in Excel Apr 22, 2009

and save it as an Excel file.

I imported many times Excel files to TermBase with no problem at all.

In the meantime I'd tried that way and yes, it worked.

Have a nice day,

CSV termbases in Studio May 6, 2010

This doesn't seem to work with CSV files and Studio. Any ideas, anyone?

Use MultiTerm Convert May 6, 2010

Hello!
First, save your CSV as XLS. Then use MultiTerm Convert to convert the XLS into a MultiTerm-compatible XML. Then create a new termbase in MultiTerm and import the XML previously exported with MT Convert.

That's the basic workflow. Please refer to the manuals for more details.
