Translating PHP files with Tag Editor 835 (SDL Synergy 2007)

Hi everybody, according to the SDL help pages, Tad Editor supports php files, but I am supposed to create a new tag settings file. The File Format Reference Guide is said to provide help. With the guide I got as far as to find where to create the new tag setting file, but the Reference Guide does not explain what I have to insert in the Wizard in order to prepare this tag settings file for php.
