Multiterm menu-options disappear in Word 2003

Hi,
I already read and tried many of your recommendations to solve multiterm 7 and word 2003 problems, but my problem is still "alive".

Every time I open a multiterm base in Word 2003, the Multiterm menu-options disappear. I can use the options (more or less) but I cannot see them. For example if I want to add a new term, I can see the pop up window to add the term, but buttons and field labels are blank.

PLEASE... It's not a cheap software and I cannot use it!!!
