I'm using Helium 6.015 and Trados 7 Freelance on Windows XP SP2. When I add a TM to lookup and look for a suggestion, Helium delivers this message: "Tradosgp.dll server error". The memory cannot be updated and the concordance in workbench doesn't work.
Is it something with my Trados or Helium? Did anybody have such issue? How can I manage to resolve it?
Thanks in advance

Use this checklist May 24, 2009

1) Check if any other Trados Workbench instance is running.
2) Close Helium and try to open your TM directly in Trados Workbench.
3) Verify that LocStudio is installed correctly.

This question may be considered off-topic but do you know what are the latest versions of Helium and Locstudio?
