Dear all, I run SDL Studio 2009 on the following laptop machine: - Pentium Core Duo (2 x 1.8 GHz) - 2 GB RAM - WinXP Home - .NET 3.5 SP1 - Java version 1.6.0_13 (enabled)
When I try to save a term into my default termbase from within the SDL Studio translation editor, I get the following message: JAVA PLUG-IN FATAL ERROR. THE JAVA RUNTIME ENVIRONMENT CANNOT BE LOADED.
Thus, no entries can be saved into the termbase. After the above error message is displayed, the "Confirm/Go to next segment" shortcut stops working.
Once I try to close SDL Studio, I get the following message: INSTRUCTION ON THE ADDRESS 0x0000000 HAS REFERRED TO THE MEMORY ADDRESS 0x000000. THE MEMORY CANNOT PERFORM THE FOLLOWING OPERATION: READ. CLICK OK TO CLOSE THE PROGRAM. Studio freezes.
I tried enabling and disabling the NextGen Java. To no avail. Any ideas would be welcome. Thank you.
