Text repetition coloring

Dear fellow translators,

Is there a handy way of getting Trados to color repetitions and fuzzy matches of translated texts, so that a client would be able to see what has been translated once or multiple times?

I use Trados 7 and am aware of the Translated Text Colors tool, which is useful for proofing but less so for billing, which is what I am looking for.
