Since I am not an expert on tag editor, I would like to know hot to get it translated using this tool..

You need the ini-file for the xml Jul 26, 2009

When you get a file in xml-format your customer should send you an ini-file or a dtd-file.
Please use the description from File Formats Reference Guide handbook, which you will find in your SDL Trados program group under Documentation.
You'll find both how to install the mentioned file or--if you don't have the ini or dtd--how to create one.
