Copy source not working - Trados 2007

Hello,

I work with Word and Workbench (2007). I checked the "copy source when no match" box, but the application does not copy automatically the source when I open a segment, I always have to click on it in the top menu. I have read about the opposite problem in the forum, which is strange.
Anyone has an idea to help me with this?
