setup/import/export/reorganise functions not available

Any idea why the setup/import/export/reorganise functions are not available?
They are available only when I create a TM but as soon as I close it, they are gone forever.

On a SDL Trados 2007 Suite Pro license.

Open your TM through the "regular" File > Open dialog, not by double-clicking the file, and select "Exclusive" checkbox.

This was for a friend running a Pro version. I have never seen that exclusive checkbox.

It's available only in Pro version. Freelance version always opens TM in exclusive mode.
