Hi everyone,

I wonder if someone may help me. I started translating a Word document full of tables, headers and footers and the formatation was being lost in some sentences (bold, etc.), apart from other errors such as not being able to open a particular segment.

So I decided to open it in Tag Editor. But I can't do it. There is a message saying:

(80005): This Microsoft Word document cannot be opened due to tracked changes that have not yet been accepted or rejected.

I confirmed track changes is not on. Is there something I can do?

Thanks in advance,

Cristina

There may still be tracked changes in the document Aug 18, 2009

It is necessary to click to accept all the changes before turning off "tracked changes".

What you could do now is turn on tracked changes again, accept them all, and then turn it off again.

It worked! Aug 18, 2009

Many thanks, Astrid! In fact, I had to make some changes and then accept them.

I finally opened it in Tag Editor and everything's ok.

Thank you again,

Cristina
