I have Vista Home Premium on my computer which just automatically downloaded the new Microsoft Updates and I immediately started having problems with Word 2007. It kept freezing as soon as I tried to use the Search function and I received a message about a problem relating to the Trados and Multiterm Add-Ins and that I needed to disable them. Anyway, I uninstalled the Updates but the problem continued so I disabled Trados and Multiterm which I can no longer use. Is anyone else having this problem and more importantly, is there a solution?!
Thanks
Tracey

Just in case anyone else has the same problem, I found a solution on the following website:

Ahhhhh! Aug 27, 2009

Thanks for the link. I've started having problems with Trados 2007 after the installation of the Microsoft updates, similar to the one you describe, Tracey. But also other problems, like something about a trusted drive not being initializiedicon_confused.gif

I'll look into that this weekend, after I contact SDL Support regarding my licence, which I forgot to return before re-installing Trados yesterdayicon_rolleyes.gif
