Vertical positioning of source line in MS Word

Probably a question answered many times. Sorry for asking then.

How do I force MS Word to show me the blue line on top of the window, and NOT to hide that blue line behind the toolbars?

Kind of amazes me me that a professional translating tool can hide the source to the translator, but, well.........

instead of layout view.
Use Tageditor and the problem (and a lot more) is gone.
