I received 9 HTML files for translation. Somehow, only two of them open in Studio 2009's editor. The other seven give me the error message: 'This file type is not supported'.

Co-workers with 2007 TagEditor installed, have no problem opening these.

I prefer to work in Studio 2009. Does anyone have any suggestions?

HELP!!!

Laptop: ASUS 2.00GHz Core 2 Duo, 2Gb RAM, Win XP-Pro
Studio 2009: No modifications/configurations

Open your files in T2007, save as TTX, then open TTX in T2009.

BTW.
It seems you found a bug or the files are tricky.

Cheers

I encounter the same problem. Is there any other way to open the file? I don't have 2007 Tag Editor. Thank you.

Hi Yulia,
you can download the SDL TTX It App from here and use it to convert your files to TTX.
