Error 80040154 in Trados Studio 2009

Trying to open an .docx file (converted from .pdf) plus termbases, clicking Open and error 80040154 message appears, file does not open. Pls help.
Trados Studio 2009 Freelance + Windows XP.

Edit: Problem (though not mystery) solved It helps to save the .docx file as simple .doc file.
