Hello,

I just bought SDL Trados Studio 2009 plus and I was wondering if it entitles me to a full version of Multiterm 2009. I got a licence for autosuggest and one for SDL Trados Studio 2009 Freelance Plus...

Does any of those licences work for multiterm or do I have to buy another one ?

Best regards,

Mohamed

Multiterm 2009 is included Oct 15, 2009

Multiterm 2009 is part of the SDL Trados Studio package. It would be the equivalent to the previous Multiterm. But if you want Multiterm Extract, for instance, you'd have to buy it separately.

Don't have to load Oct 16, 2009

Hi,
you don't have to "Load external termbase". All you need is simply open it. MultiTerm will then perform a termbase structure update, which might take a while depending on the termbase size, to make it work under the new version.

Multiterm 2007 termbases into Multiterm 2009 Oct 16, 2009

For those who are interested, I created a video tutorial on how to import Multiterm 2007 termbases to a Multiterm 2009 termbase. This is not necessary as the old termbase is automatically adapted to Multiterm 2009, but I prefer to have all my glossary in one single format.
