Hello!

One year ago I bought "CCM 2007 Freelance Suite" including SDL Trados 2007 Freelance + SDL MultiTerm Extract

Now I wonder which upgrade I need to buy:

-Upgrade from SDL Trados 2007 Suite Freelance to SDL Trados Studio 2009 Freelance Plus

-Upgrade from SDL Trados 2007 Freelance to SDL Trados Studio 2009 Freelance Plus

The first one is cheaper. Can I upgrade with that one?

Thanks!

...Thor

you need to logon Oct 19, 2009

If you logon with your username on the SDL site you will automatically be told which upgrade you are eligible for (although in your case it clearly looks like the first case).

If you have any doubts, the live on-line chat is specially for your sort of question. You'll see it under the "shop" tab.

About CCM Oct 19, 2009

Sorry, I didn't notice the CCM bit in your question.

I also had the CCM Freelance Suite and when you log on, neither of the two options you quote are available. Your option will be CCM Studio and Multiterm Extract as an upgrade. It's not usually shown on the general SDL pages, but will appear when you go the "buying" page, and you won't be able to choose anything else.

that's what happened in my case, at least.

Hi Thor,
if you purchased 2007 Suite, than this is what you are going to upgrade from.
