File empty after do the clean up

Hello,

After cleaning a word file and open it, the file was empty. The BAK file is still created and I can return it to an unclean file.

The problem seems to be in the word file, as I tried to clean some other file with the same TM and there was no problem. I also tried to clean the file that gets empty with another TM and the problem is the same.

Operating system is XP with Trados 6 version.

Run the Macro Oct 23, 2009

Hi Sandra,
if you have used Word as the editing environment, try opening the bilingual document, press ALT+F8, select tw4winClean.Main from the list of macros and run it.
This should clean your document up.
