Hello,
is there a way, to force SDLX to perform an automatic TM and/or Termbase/Multiterm lookup upon clicking in them, even if translation units have been confirmed or are 100% matches?

In SDLX, no way.

Create an AutoHotkey script (assign a shortcut to the Enter, F8 sequence).
AutoHotkey is available free od charge, see http://www.autohotkey.com
