I'm new to Trados (Studio 2009) and want to import previous translations to build up a TM. I aligned the files (originally Word files), and since exporting them as .txt renders them un-importable to a TM, I am trying to export them as TMX (the only other option I can find). But every time I try it, WinAlign crashes. Do I perhaps need to change the settings somehow? Or do I need to separately download/install TMX capability to my PC?(?) Any ideas? My OS is Win. Vista, if that matters. Thanks!
