Thai and Indonesian in S-Tagger

I would need to convert MIF files to S-Tagger RTF but I have realized that my version of S-Tagger (part of SDL Trados 2007) only seems to support a very limited number of Asian languages (Korean, Japanese and Chinese) and not other languages like "Thai" or "Indonesian".

Does anyone know if it is possible to somehow add support for more languages? Or is it necessary to upgrade to SDL Trados 2009?

Thank you in advance for any help you may provide.
