G'day everyone

I'm trying to use TagEditor and I have TM problems, and I'm wondering if these problems could be caused by the fact that TagEditor is in trial mode. Please can you tell me if my Trados TagEditor is activated or not?

In the License Manager, in the main pane labelled License Status, I have this:

Available licenses:
MultiTerm Desktop, Version 8.0
S-Tagger for FrameMaker, Version 8.0
S-Tagger for Interleaf, Version 8.0

G'day everyone

Available licenses:
MultiTerm Desktop, Version 8.0
S-Tagger for FrameMaker, Version 8.0
S-Tagger for Interleaf, Version 8.0
Synergy Client, Version 8.0
TagEditor, Version 8.0
Japanese UI for TagEditor, Version 8.0
ts_mt_enabled, Version 8.0
tstudio, Version 8.0
Translator's Workbench/SDLX, Version 8.0 Freelance
Japanese UI for Translator's Workbench, Version 8.0
Translator's Workbench - Machine Translation, Version 8.0 expires on: 23-oct-2010
WinAlign, Version 8.0 Freelance
Japanese UI for WinAlign, Version 8.0

And if I click View Activated Licenses, Trados 2007 is mentioned twice, as follows:

SDL Trados 2007 - Freelance;VERSION=8.0 --> trial
SDL Trados 2007 Suite Freelance;VERSION 8.0 -> permanent

So... can you tell from this whether my TagEditor is activated or in trial mode? And if in trial mode, does anyone know how to get it activated? I pasted my 2007 license code (which I got when I bought the 2009 version) in the "Activate Online" section and got a message saying that I have successfully activated my product.

I look forward to some news (good or bad). Thanks.

Samuel

Yes, it is activated Dec 4, 2009

Hi Samuel,
your 2007 license is activated. You are still running in the 30-days trial which will automatically switch to the full Freelance version mode once those 30 days have expired.

Hi there,
I have the same
SDL Trados 2007 - Freelance;VERSION=8.0 --> trial
SDL Trados 2007 Suite Freelance;VERSION 8.0 -> permanent
when I go to view my Activated Licenses. Though it has been like that for some time, I am sure it has been like that for over 30 days....
Is it definitely activated?
Thanks,
Daniela
