Sending packages from Trados 2007 Professional to Freelance 2007

Good afternoon,

I should like to verify the steps I need to take in order to send packages from trados 2007 professional to the freelance 2007 version, as the translator says she can open it but the package does not contain any folder.

Hi Cristina,
first of all, the translator should check if there are any folders manually. The project packages are in fact renamed ZIP files. When she replaces the current file extension with ZIP, she will be able to open the file and verify if the package contains the desired folders or not.
