Can't customize tag toolbar in TagEditor.
Grayed out both on right-click and in Tools menu.
Searched Google and Proz with no luck. Any thoughts?

Do you have any file opened? I guess you need one opened in TagEditor in order to customize the tag bar.

Thank you, but... Jan 7, 2010

Thank you for the suggestion, but I have had no luck either with or without files open.

I neglected to mention I'm using Win 7 Pro (English), in case this makes a difference.

sorrowfully enough, but this option is available for ML-based files only Oct 5, 2010

I will just quote the help file:
"The toolbar settings for PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Workbench RTF, PageMaker, QuarkXPress, InDesign and Ventura are predefined and are not customisable."

However, there is some workaround here though it's kind of ackward:

[Ctrl] + [9]
(left…right French quote with hard spaces in between: « text »)

This is tag No 9 on the Toolbar. SDL was very generous not to think of any other nation using «»'s except for the French.
