Hi everybody,

I have just upgraded today from SDL Trados Suite 2007 to SDL Trados Studio 2009 SP1 (Build 9.1. 1107.0). By the way, my operating system is Windows Vista.

I was wondering if both the translating and proofreading tasks are carried out under the “Editor” view or if there are different user profiles for these processes as for instance, in Transit NXT and apparently MemoQ and Across.

As always, thousand thanks for your help.

Kind regards,

Estefanía

Segment status "proofread"? Jan 25, 2010

Or is it possible to assign a segment a "proofread" status?

Thanks again,

Estefanía

Oh, yes it does Jan 25, 2010

You can open the file (single file or part of a project) for translation, proof reading and sign off. This allows you to keep track of segment status.
