I have been sent a file with an .aspx extension, for which the client wants me to use tageditor. However, when I try to open the file I get

"This document contains the unknown DOCTYPE declaration/root element "html". A tag setttings file has not yet been defined for this document type. Would you like to specify the settings file now?"

When I click "yes", I get a list of settings, none of which "match"

What now?

Using Windows XP, Office 2003, Trados 2007, tageditor version 8.0

I see there has been a thread on a similar problem, but the starter was using vista - the solution offered there is not applicable here, as the "change the account settings" option is not available.
