Can't see tag editor window except as full page

Hi,

I'm using Trados 8 2007 and Windows 7.

For some reason I can now only see the Tag Editor window as a full screen size, if I go to customise it (non minimise it), it disappears from view...

I've had the same problem in the past with Translator's Workbench and got round it be deleting the width, x and y values from the registry editor but don't know what to do in this case!

Please help!!!

Dear Helen, I have got the same problem with Tag Editor (Windows Vista). I wonder if you found a way-out of this mess?

Possible solution Feb 11, 2011

Close TE.
Go to Start, use Run and type Regedti there.
Find this key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Trados\TagEditor
and rename it:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Trados\_TagEditor

Close regedit, start TagEditor. Now it should allow you resizing the window again.
