I have had problems installing the SP2 package.
My first question is whether I need to delete the SDL 2009 original installation first to be able to get the SP2 running.
Apparently it installs, SP2 that is, but I receive an error message when starting up Trados Studio and the opening window closes telling me that some file are missing.
I have not paid for the update package, is that the reason?
Any help would be appreciated.
