Hi fellow translators,

I have been using Trados for several months now. Yes, I am still a newbie!

The other day, when I was working on a Word document, I managed to freeze Word. I don't remember exactly what I did.

I was able to restart Word, but, since then, Word does not display bilingual files correctly.

Texts now look like this:

{o>Complete the application in ink, or type entries.入学申請書に必要事項をペンで記入するか、タイプします。
