Hello
I'm experiencing a big problem with my CONCORDANCE feature
I had used server based TM as reference and everything seemd to be perfect
Then I shut down the PC to start it againg a few hours later and I couldn't use the Concordance, neither with a file based TM nor with a Server-based TM. (the TMs had both been used previously).
Everything is as usual except when I click to the concordance button or I press the shortcut the terms on top the workbench become grey and nothing happens.

I'm really getting crazy: has somebody experienced this problem?

In the bottom of workbench no error numbers appear.

Lat week I had ordered the upgrade to 2009, but I heven't done anything yet (neither installation nor download), just paid.

Thanks for your help

Lucia

TOPIC STARTER
It seems it is a problem due to the second monitor Apr 6, 2010

As I'm using a desktop-laptop, I usually work with a monitor connected to the PC and the laptop monitor is black.

The problem arised when I wanted to work without the connected monitor directly on the laptop monitor.

When I work with the monitor conneted it is visible, while in the other case it seems it is "out" of the laptop monitor.

Perhaps should I change something in the laptop when I detach it from the main monitor?

Thanks
Lucia

...before disconnecting the monitor, open the concordance windows (F3) and "bring" it to your laptop monitor, and select a single monitor display in the Graphic properties.
It used to happen to me too. For some reason unkown to me, even after going back to one screen after using an expanded one, Trados still "thinks" you are using an expanded desktop.
Good luck!
