Is there a way to confirm all the unconfirmed segments at once?

I am working on a very big project, and after doing most of it decided to change the translation of a specific word. No problem, I did search replace and that was the easy part. But now I've got several unconfirmed segments, that I want to confirm all at once, and not go one by one. Is there a way to do it? I am using Studio 2009, and still have 35k more words to go in this document alone.
Thx

How many segments are we talking about? Apr 14, 2010

You could get them in a neat list by means of filtering:

First go to the View menu, scroll down and select Toolbars, then, from the list on the right which you see, click "Display Filter". This places an extra toolbar at the top of your screen, below the existing toolbars.

The first box of this toolbar is the "Display" box. Choose "unconfirmed segments" from the list. If the number is manageable, this could be a quick way for you.

Then to add to what Astrid suggested Apr 14, 2010

Hi Saritak,

Once you have filtered as Astrid suggested you can then select the first row, scroll down to the bottom of the document and select the last row whilst holding down the shift key. Now right click and use the change segment status command to "Translated" confirm them all in one go (this assumes they all have target content of course)

Hi Saritak,

Once you have filtered as Astrid suggested you can then select the first row, scroll down to the bottom of the document and select the last row whilst holding down the shift key. Now right click and use the change segment status command to "Translated" confirm them all in one go (this assumes they all have target content of course)

Once this is done you then run a batch task to update the Translation Memory with all the newly confirmed segments because changing the segment status in this way will not update the TM automatically.

Regards

Paul
