Previously i was working regularly with add-ins but these days the add-ins is lost from the Microsoft Word. I am using Microsoft office 2010. When the add-ins lost. I changed to office 2007. But there is no progress. Its been one month that i am suffering with this. If anybody has idea with this kind of problem. Please do suggest. I will be very much thankful.

Hi Pradeep,

I once had to deal with the same problem. Please check this thread: http://www.proz.com/forum/sdl_trados_support/137975-trados_toolbar_missing_in_word.html

It contains the relevant instructions from Talisma for cleaning the registry. In my case I had to reinstall Word and Trados 2007 again and restart my computer after following this procedure and only then the Trados buttons reappeared in Word.

So good luck

Anett

Hello Annet

First of all thank you for giving quick response. Sorry that i have left one thing there that i use Windows 7 and office 2007 or office 2010. The link that i got from Annet only contains description regarding office 2003 only. Though tonight i am going to check this out. Hopefully by tomorrow i will be with good or bad answer.
