Hi,

I need to know how to apply a TM in TMX into Trados Studio. Do you know how to do it?
This function is similar as in SDLX when you applied a TM into a translation file in order to get the translation in the ITD.

Thanks,

TM Export/Import in Trados Studio May 27, 2010

In Trados Studio -> Translation Memories you may select the memory you need and use functions Import and Expot

The tmx format works very well and allows transfer among all usual applications: Trados Workbench, Trados Studio, SDLX, Star Transit, Across, Deja Vu

Precaution: the segmentation algorythms are different: in Trados Studio you have the option to keep the Trados Workbench segmentation rules or to reprocess the segmentation for use in Trados Studio
