Hello, I installed Multiterm Extract 2009, but every time I run it the error #101 pops-up. Any suggestions? I addressed the SDLSupport but they keep silent. Thanks in advance for your help.

LOL.
I thought this one was definitively fixed...

I remember this infamous error starting from Extraterm 5.5.
Published in 2000 as far as I remember...

They're simply ashamed... I suppose... icon_smile.gif

Thanks in advance for your help.

It's an eternal Muliterm Java programmers lack of competence problem.

You must have exactly the same Java version than the version shipped with Multiterm.
You must remove al the version newer than 1.6.0.14.
The setup routine don't install it if a newer version is present in the system.

BTW.
I just found a more detailed workaround on talisma related to some previous versions.

LOL.
