SDL Trados 2009 bi-directional languages problem with PPT file

Dear Proz colleagues!

I am having a problem translating a Hebrew PPT presentation into English. I am using a SDL Trados Studio 2009 Professional. Both in Preview and in actual target file (when I save it) I get something like this:

correctly file this see can’t I

Can someone suggest a fix for that?
