I am about to buy a new netbook/notebook.

It has to have Windows 7. Also, some come with Intel Pentium but some with Celeron.

Is there a problem in using Trados 2007 with Celeron?

None I would be aware of Jun 13, 2010

Hi Noelia,
I don't know about any problems with the Centrino/Trados combination, althouth I'd prefer Core i3 or i5 as they usually operate at higher frequency, have more cache and more threads per core.

In fact, I am just about to buy a new laptop too. My criteria were:
- Max. 13" display
- Battery life at least 5 hours
- CPU with two cores at min. 2 GHz and 2 MB cache
- HDD at 7,200 rpm
- 4 MB RAM
Price not to exceed €800 incl. VAT.

After comparing a great many of them, I've chosen HP ProBook 4320s.
