Apostrophe sign differs in Tag Editor & Word

In Tag Editor it seems that the default is a "straight" sign: ''''''''''''''''''''''''
While in Word it is "curved": ’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’
Is there any way to control that in Tag Editor, apart from using Search & Replace?
