I currently translate a lot of files with Studio 2009 for which I get analysis txt files from the agency which look sort of like this:

Translation Memory: S:\1_Aufträge_Angebote_2010\1_Kunden\Customer1\TM\TM DE-EN(US)\DE-EN(US)_Customer1.tmw

Match Types Segments Words Percent Placeables
Context TM 0 0 0 0
Repetitions 174 754 16 0
100% 92 412 9 0
95% - 99% 4 10 0 0
85% - 94% 6 9 0 0
75% - 84% 14 48 1 0
50% - 74% 6 22 0 0
No Match 408 3,549 74 0
Total 704 4,804 100 0

Chars/Word 6.04
Chars Total 29,058

I'm getting paid different rates for the various matches.
Is there any way of conveniently creating an invoice from this or adding this up other than painstakingly and manually? Does Studio have a function that would allow the agency to send out txt files which contain the various rates and a total? That would be highly useful.
The tool cat count doesn't appear to work with the txt files!

Couldn't you create an excel template that you can simply paste the contents of the txt file into so it recalculates as you like everytime you need it?
