I am using Trados 7 with office 7......When i translate the segment, the segment is saved In TM but the source segment gets replaced by target one. Why?
I want to see both segments......Source as well as target.
Please help me out.

Did you enable hidden characters in WORD Aug 6, 2010

Pooja

You did not specify which tool you use for translating. Are your working in Word or in Tag Editor.

If you work in Word, what you describe might simply be due to the fact that you have not enabled the view of hidden characters, so that you only see the target text, but not the source. Click on the paragraph symbol in the toolbar and you should see both.
