Hola,
I am translating a PPT file in 2007 Trados/TagEditor. I changed my language setting to ES and keyboard to Spanish LA, I tried typing Ctrl+'+vowel to add an accented vowel in my Spanish target segment (á etc), but it gives me a bracket instead. How do I add an accent to a Spanish vowel in TagEditor? If you know the key combination or settings, I'd appreciate it. Thanks

Marialba

Hi,

I think the key combinations are the following (lower case only):

Alt + 160 for a
Alt + 161 for i
Alt + 162 for o
Alt + 163 for u
and Alt + 164 for n

Give it a try and let me know if it works...

Véronique

Thanks Veronique. I didn't think of using those combinations...it's been a while! Thanks again!

Why monkeying around with those codes? Use US International keyboard layout instead.
